Casa Stonecraft can custom manufacture architectural concrete pieces to practically any shape or size. The only constraint is your imagination.
We have a range of architectural elements to suit outdoor and indoor spaces. By moulding & manufacturing in-house at our site in Milnerton, Cape Town, Casa Stonecraft can produce custom made concrete, replicating simple or intricate designs to individual specifications in any quantity.
If you are involved with commercial developments, private housing, refurbishment or restoration, Casa Stonecraft has the technical expertise, manned by experienced staff, who would be pleased to discuss your requirements for custom made precast concrete projects.

Consultation
You’ll select the characteristics and design elements for your project.
Casa Stonecraft’s colour range is available in Limestone, Sandstone, Mudstone & Charcoal.

Quote & Deposit
We will provide you with a quote based on your preferences, and once the quote has been approved & deposit paid, we will get to work.

Lead Time
Please note that sampling can take several weeks to make, this is to ensure that our brand promise of delivering your vision is executed accurately.
Depending on the size of the project/number of units you will be supplied with a lead time.
05
Completion
Once manufacturing is completed, the precast concrete will require time to cure.
During this time, you will be invoiced for the balance at which point a delivery, collection or installation date will be arranged.
06
Delivery
Once full payment has been received we are excited to deliver your precast element.
Pieces are carefully packed onto pallets before shrink wrapping for mechanical offloading on site. Heavier cast stone pieces are delivered in sections for assembly on site.
